Simple Returns

Our 60-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee. No gimmicks, just results. Not vibing with your purchase? Return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund (shipping costs excluded). Here’s how we roll:

How returns work

  1. Request an RA#

Send the form and we’ll email your RA# and return steps. No RA#, no dice.

  2. Keep It Tight

Return the product in its original container (bottle, jar or tube). The outer box isn’t required.

  3. How Can We Improve?

Let us know why you’re returning it. Your feedback helps us get better.

  4. Ship It Back

Return shipping is on you. Use a tracked method so your package stays locked in. We process refunds within 3 days of receiving your return.

Request your RA#
