I didn’t receive my order, but it shows delivered?
If your package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us. We’ll need to open a missing package investigation for you. Sometimes packages are misdelivered to neighbors and show up a few days later.
Do you require a signature?
Sometimes we’ll require a signature for delivery. This can happen if the billing name and/or address don’t match, or when a large order comes from a new customer.
Will I receive a tracking #?
Yep! On all orders, a tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.
Do you ship international?
At this time we only ship within the U.S. 50 states.
