FAQ

I didn't receive my order, but shows delivered?

If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We will need to open a missing package investigation for you. Sometimes packages can be miss delivered to neighbors etc. and show up a few days later.

Do you require a signature?

Sometimes we will require a signature for delivery. This can occur if the billing name and/or address do not match. Or its a large order a signature maybe required with new customers.

Will I receive a tracking #?

Yep! On all orders a tracking # will be emailed or texted to you.

Do you ship international?

At this time we only ship within the U.S. 50 states.
